运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS耦合研究无隔板镁电解槽三维电热场,建立数学模型,分析边界条件,得到电解槽的电势和温度分布。以120 kA无隔板镁电解槽为例,建立1/2全槽三维电热耦合模型,进行实例电热耦合分析,并与一维计算方法进行比较,探讨了阳极头温度、阳极断面电流密度和电解质压降的准确性。
A three-dimensional half cell model is built by large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS.The thermo-electric boundary conditions,potential and temperature distribution are analyzed.The differences between 3D and 1D calculation method are compared,and anode top temperature,anode cross-section current density and potential-drop of electrolyte are concretely analyzed.
