基于镁电解槽冷模实验建立数值模型,并根据一定的边界条件和初始条件,应用商用CFD软件Fluent对此模型进行数值求解。结果表明,计算所得与PIV测得的实验数据在一定精度范围内相符。因此所建立的数值模型可以描述工业镁电解槽流场分布并进行电解槽的结构优化。
In this paper, a numerical model based on magnesium electrolysis cell's cold model was built and was solved out by the commercial CFD software FLUENT in terms of the given boundary conditions and the initial conditions. The results show that the simulation results almost coincide with the practical data measured by PIV. Therefore the numerical model provides a referential way to illustrate flow field distribution of the industrial magnesium cell.
