将含有双键的硅烷偶联剂A-174与丙烯酸酯单体共聚,合成了一种可应用于塑料薄膜基材上的水性油墨用丙烯酸乳液。该乳液在成膜的过程中,可通过硅羟基迅速交联,从而提高涂膜的耐水等一系列性能。研究了合成方式、硅烷偶联剂的用量及加入方式、乳化剂的用量、引发体系等因素对乳液性能的影响,并应用透射电镜等分析手段,研究了聚合物的微观结构及形态。结果表明,A-174硅烷偶联剂的使用,能够提高聚合物的耐水性,并大大提高其配制的水性油墨的耐洗刷性。
Vinyl alkoxy silane coupling agent(A174) was used to modify an acrylate polymer.This acrylate emulsion was applied to waterborne ink which was used in plastic film.The water resistance of the coating film was improved through the hydrolysis and crosslink of silane coupling agent.The effect of synthesis method,the dosage and the adding manner of A-174,and the dosage of emulsifier on properties of the emulsion were studied.Microcosmic structure and morphology were observed through transmission electron microscopy.The result showed that the water resistance of acrylic emulsion can be improved,and the wash resistance of the waterborne ink made with this emulsion can also be improved greatly due to the use of the silane coupling agent.
