An ambient crosslinkable polyurethane- acrylate hybrid emulsion （PUA） was obtained by using MMA,HEA and DAAM as functional monomers and ADH and PU as curing agents through a seed emulsion polymerization, The results showed that the hardness, water resistance and solvent resistance of the film were improved significantly due to the use of DAAM functional monomer and double crosslinking reaction, and the crosslinking density of the film could be up to over 90%.
