目前国内具有干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘测试能力的电力电抗器厂不足5家。为此,依据电力电抗器匝间绝缘测试的行业标准,设计并实现了一种运行可靠、价格低廉的干式空心电抗器脉冲振荡匝间绝缘故障检测系统。利用OrCAD软件对实际干式空心电抗器进行电路模拟分析,验证了脉冲振荡匝间绝缘故障检测方法的可行性。通过对主电路进行计算分析确定了检测系统主要器件的电气参数,检测系统通过比较额定电压下与全振荡电压下电抗器两端电压波形的衰减速度和过零点位置可以灵敏判断电抗器是否存在匝间绝缘缺陷。当电抗器两匝间出现短路时阻尼振荡波形频率显著变高,阻尼显著增大。系统仿真与试验结果表明设计的脉冲振荡匝间绝缘故障检测系统运行可靠,能够准确检验电力电抗器匝间绝缘故障。
There are less then 5 power reactor manufactors capable to run the turn-to-turn insulation test of dry-type air core reactor.Thus,according to the professional standards of power reactor turn-to-turn insulation test,a reliable and cheap impulse oscillating turn-to-turn insulation test system of dry-type air core reactor was designed.Moreover,the circuit simulation of dry-type air core reactor was analyzed by the OrCAD software,and the feasibility of the impulse oscillating turn-to-turn insulation test method was verified.The parameters of the main parts of impulse oscillating turn-to-turn insulation test system were ascertained by means of calculating and analyzing the main circuit.The test system could find out whether turn-to-turn insulation had faults or not by comparing the amplitude deceleration rate and the moments of voltage crossing zero of reactor impulse oscillating voltage waveform.When there is insulation faults between two turns,the oscillation frequency would increase greatly.System simulation and experimental results reveal that impulse oscillating turn-to-turn insulation test system of dry-type air core reactor can work steadily,and turn-to-turn insulation faults of dry-type air core power reactor can be determined accurately.
