论述了基于真空灭弧室和SF6灭孤室串联的混合断路器开断过程,探讨了真空灭孤室与SF6灭弧室对开断能力提升的协同作用.结合混合断路器开断能力提高的机理分析了混合断路器对其操动控制机构的要求。最后设计了一种基于真空断路器与SF6断路器串联的光控模块式混合型断路器实验模型,实验模型采用永磁操动机构解决真空灭弧室和SF6灭弧室的协调问题,可使混合断路器的开断性能得到较好的发挥。
This paper analyzes the breaking process of the hybrid circuit breaker (HCB) with vacuum interrupter and SF6 interrupter in series,and discusses the synergy of wLcuum interrupter and SF6 interrupter in improving breaking capacity. The requirements of the hybrid circuit breaker for its actuator control mechanism are also analyzed considering the capacity improvement mechanism of the circuit breaker. Moreover, an experimental model of the hybrid circuit breaker is designed based on fiber-controlled vacuum circuit breaker module and SF6 circuit breaker module in series. The experimental model adopts permanent-magnetic operation mechanism to control the coordination of vacuum interrupter and SF6 interrupter, leading to a better breaking property of the hybrid circuit breaker.
