Affordable housing system is a top priority of the current housing reform. In light of new development according to this rescarch, we should change the traditional concept of housing security, establish a modem housing security concept which combing public honsting and the urban development. Through the establishment of various policy systems, we solve carrent problems throngb developing methods tabing advcontage of marhet mechanisms. In order to do a good job of afford- able housing on the basis of better promote the development of Tianjin city, thus achieve mutual promotion.
