作为公共交通的重要组成部分,公共自行车近年来在我国大中小城市全面铺开。公共自行车服务投资巨大,提高使用效率、提升其服务性已成为实现公共服务有效供给的重要方面。以太原市为例,利用问卷调查数据,基于需求角度考察公共自行车服务使用的行为特征和影响机制。因子分析结果表明,公共自行车系统的服务质量、推广力度和用户教育、收入水平差异是影响需求的主要因素,基于此提出优化站点布局、加大推广力度等政策建议。
In recent years,public bicycle,as an important part of the public traffic system,has already full swing in large and medium cities in China and become one of the significant contents of public service at all levels of government.Owing to the huge investment,how to improve its use efficiency and service,and achieve effective supply has become the focus of attention.This paper took the public bicycle service system in Taiyuan as an example,took advantage of the data from a questionnaire survey,investigate the behavioral characteristics and mechanisms in use on the demand side.Factor analysis results showed that the main influence factors on its demand are the service quality,promotion efforts,user education,and the differences in income levels.Based on the above analysis,we put forward to optimizing the service stations' layout,increasing efforts to popularizing and offering other policy proposals in order to improve the usage rate of the public bicycle sevice system in Taiyuan.
