本文在阐述硅钢现有生产工艺的基础上，分析了我国硅钢生产存在的主要问题，指出了我国在硅钢生产中与国外的差距，说明了采用薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产硅钢的发展趋势，探讨了连铸连轧生产电工钢的核心工艺技术。结果表明，自主开发低成本、紧凑型的冷轧硅钢生产流程和工艺切实可行且发展前景良好。
英文摘要：
The present paper described the production technology of silicon steel, analyzed the main problems in silicon steel＇s production in our country, pointed out the missdistance between our country and foreign in silicon steel＇s manufacture. Illustrated silicon manufacture using thin slab casting and rolling technology is the trend in de- velopment. Discussed key technology of casting and rolling in silicon steel＇s manufacture. Results showed that the cold-rolled silicon steel with high performance could be developed using this compact process with low cost, and its better prospective application was also presented.
