在实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧(TSCR)生产Fe-3wt%Si钢带,对不同保温制度的析出物形貌进行观察和分析。结果表明,在晶界、品内均有析出,且弥散析出物与常规流程中MnS和AIN相基本相同,即圆形弥散析出常化前后尺寸无明显变化,只是数量较少。方形析出物常化后尺寸明显均匀。热轧前铸坯边部和中心温度不均匀会导致析出物出现中心弥散析出而边部聚集析出的现象。
Fe-3wt%Si steel strip was produced by thin slab casting and rolling (TSCR) process in laboratory. The morphology of precipitates formed in the steel strip produced by different TSCR process parameters were examined and discussed by TEM. The results show that precipitation occurs both at grain boundary and in grains of the steel strip produced by TSCR process and similar precipitation behavior to that of MnS and AIN by conventional process is observed, i.e. the grain size of the spherical precipitates has no obvious difference before and after normalizing except the quantities are fewer than those of the conventional process. The grain size of square precipitates after normalizing is more homogeneous than those of the hot-rolling. The dispersed precipitation in center and glomerate precipitation in side layer are observed because of non-uniform temperature in long, width and thick direction of the ingot before hot-rolling.
