在实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧生产Fe-3%Si钢带,从宏观和微观的角度研究了TSCR热轧工艺参数对Fe-3%Si钢带织构形成的影响。结果表明,实验几种热轧工艺制度,热轧板沿板厚方向均呈现织构的不均匀性,表面附近主要有〈101〉//ND,中心层主要有〈001〉//ND。不同工艺热带次表层织构组分基本相同,有{110}〈001〉Goss织构、{110}〈112〉brass织构和S织构,只是强度有所区别。铸坯以表面温度≥1000℃入加热炉,保温1200℃,保温20min,压下制度为70→42→22→12→7→4→2.5→2的试样,其次表层各织构组分及体积百分含量与传统工艺生产Hi-B钢的结果最接近。
The Fe-3%Si steel strip was produced in laboratory by thin slab cast and rolling(TSCR),and macroscopic and microscopic texture on different hot-rolling process were examined and discussed.The result is that the texture is inhomogeneous in transverse direction,〈101〉//ND near the surface and 〈001〉//ND in the center layer were observed from crystal orientation map and inverse pole figure maps.The subsurface texture components of hot rolled strip by different process are similar,including {110}〈001〉Goss,{110}〈112〉brass and S texture,the difference is sharpness.The ODF of process(greater than 1000℃ surface temperature of slab before heating,1200℃ holding temperature,20min holding up time and 70→42→22→12→7→4→2.5→2 reduction schedule) similar to that of the conventional process mostly.
