水产品干燥是发展中国家水产品加工的常用技术。本文分别介绍了自然干燥、热风干燥、热泵干燥、微波干燥、真空冷冻干燥等水产品干燥技术的研究现状,分析了不同干燥技术的特点,并提出了水产品干燥技术将来可能重点发展的方向。
Drying technology of aquatic products is commonly used in aquatic food process in developing countries at present.The status of natural drying,hot air drying,heat pump drying,and microwave drying and vacuum freezing drying in recent years was introduced in this paper.Some problems exist in the applications were analyzed,and development trends of drying technology of aquatic products were put forward.
