设计开发了高精度双目头盔面板和滤光镜的畸变检测系统;系统对分划板十字丝图像进行中值滤波、自动阈值分割以及susan提取边缘等处理,并利用最小二乘法实现了对十字丝交叉点的识别与跟踪,利用图像测量技术得到了对应点的畸变值;通过对三维精密转台的控制,实现了对头盔面板和滤光镜的单点或自动多点位置的畸变检测;试验证明该系统稳定可靠、实时性强、精度高且小于10,符合实际工程要求。
Designed and developed a high-- precision distortion detector system for panel and filter of double helmet-- mounted. Process- ing crosshair image of reticle use median filtering, automatic thresholding and susan edge extraction, and use the least squares method to a- chieve a crosshair intersection identification and tracking. Using image measurement technology, get the value of the corresponding point of distortion. Through controlling the three--dimensional precision turntable, achieve panel and filter of double helmet--mounted for single-- point or multi--position automatic distortion detection. Tests proved the system is reliable, real--time, high precision and less than 10, meet the engineering requirements.
