以包含环境特征变量的非参数前沿面分析方法为研究框架,根据2000—2011年中国大陆30个省市区物流业相关面板数据,测算中国各地区物流产业技术进步指数,提出技术偏向选择的判定方法,并以此对中国物流业技术进步的偏向(类型)进行估算。研究发现:未考虑环境特征变量的物流技术进步指数被低估了约16.5%;中国物流产业技术进步的地区差异较明显,但从2010年开始呈现出有所缩小的态势;物流产业中人力资本水平和所有制结构未来可能成为影响物流技术进步地区差异的最重要因素;各地区物流技术偏向选择的路径大体相同,均经历了由资本节约型技术进步向劳动节约型技术进步的转变。中国物流产业中已经开始出现资本深化的趋势。
With a research framework of environmental-variable-involved non-parametric production frontier function model, the paper makes overall measurement of logistics industry~ technical progress index with the application of related panel date of 30 provinces over the period 2000 -2011 in China, and propo- ses a method to determine technical progress bias, based on which the bias of China logistics industry is esti- mated. The study finds that logistics technical progress is around 16.5% undervalued without considering environmental variables. Regional difference in China's logistics technical progress becomes more obvious, but showing a trend of convergence since 2010. In logistics industry, human capital level and ownership structure may be the most important factors to effect regional difference in logistics technical progress in the future. The paths of regional technical progress bias selection are the same, changing from capital - saving technical progress to labor-saving's. The trend of capital deepening has begun to appear in China's logistics industry.
