以企业产品创新活动的国际比较研究为目的,在文献研究的基础上,构建了基于“关键因素一优势地位一新产品绩效”观点的企业成功进行产品创新的概念模型,并提出研究假设。通过对中国、美国和日本企业的问卷调查和统计分析,比较研究了各国企业产品创新活动中的影响因素对新产品开发结果的作用过程。研究结果表明,中国企业产品创新活动中的影响因素对新产品绩效的作用过程与美、日发达国家大体相似;但各主要影响因素对于新产品绩效所起作用的强弱程度异于发达国家。
The purpose of the paper is to conduct the crossnational comparative research on the activities of product innovation. Draw- ing on the related literature, a conceptual model of product innovation which is on tile basis of a key factor - to - positional advantage - to - performance framework is built, and the research hypothesis is put forward. Through the survey of Chinese firms, American firms, and Japanese firns, the process that the influencing factors of product innovation affect on the new product development results is comparatively analyzed. Tile results show that the influencing factors of product innovation roughly play the same role in the different countries. However the extent of factors function in China is different from that in developed countries.
