利用高速相机对带轮间多楔带振动数据进行测量.在图像处理的基础上,为了全面获取多楔带的振动信息,弥补多楔带高速运转过程中相机获取数据的不足,将带-轮驱动系统的多楔带简化为横向振动弦线,采用等距抽样定理提取弦线节点数据并运用5种不同的一维插值函数进行计算分析,将分析结果与高速相机实测到的全部振动数据进行比对,然后对实测值与插值进行误差分析.结果验证了3次Hermite插值的实用性和有效性,为多楔带振动特性的分析提供了理论依据.
The serpentine belt vibration data of pulleys are measured with high-speed video camera on the basisof image processing. In order to acquire comprehensive vibration information about serpentine belt and compensate deficiency of video data collection in the process of high speed vibration, the belt of band-wheel drive system is simplified as a lateral moving string. Additionally, extracted string node data with equidistant samplingtheorem and 5 different one-dimensional interpolation functions are applied in analysis. Finally, the error ofmeasured value and interpolation is calculated by comparing the measured vibration data of the high-speed camera. The results validate the practicality and effectiveness of Cubic Hermite Interpolation, which can provide atheoretical basis for the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the serpentine belt.
