为了进一步提高混凝土的使用性能,分析了目前混凝土评价指标中存在的问题。应用机械工程、建筑材料与施工工艺相结合的方法,对混凝土搅拌过程及其评价指标进行了研究,通过搅拌试验分析,得到强化混凝土性能的措施与方法。试验结果表明,通过优化搅拌机参数,采用振动搅拌技术、双排叶片机构及二次搅拌技术,均能改善混凝土的微观匀质性、界面粘结强度和耐久性。
In order to improve the performance of concrete,the concrete mixing and its evaluation index in the past of 20 years were analyzed.The problem of concrete evaluation indices were presented.Some measures were adopted to promote the performance of concrete.The test result indicate that the microcosmic uniformity of concrete,the interface bonding strength of concrete and its durability can be improved by optimizing parameter of mixer,adopting vibratory stir technology,arranging double row blade organization and using twice stir technology.4 tabs,5 figs,18 refs.
