搅拌机搅拌速度作为混凝土搅拌过程的重要作业参数。不仅关系到搅拌机的生产率,而且关系到混凝土搅拌质量。采用现有一次搅拌工艺要达到提高水泥分散性和水化程度的目的,通过提高转速的方法,混凝土混合料易产生分层离析;若延长搅拌时间,又会导致生产效率降低。对二次搅拌工艺条件下搅拌速度的合理确定进行了分析和试验研究。结果表明:二次搅拌工艺条件下,搅浆速度对混凝土质量影响较大,粒径较小的轻质材料可以高速搅拌,搅浆速度为4.5m/s时具有综合优势;当搅混凝土时间不超过15s时,线速度的变化对混凝土抗压强度影响不明显;搅混凝土时间超过15s时搅拌线速度对抗压强度影响较大,当搅混凝土时间为25s,搅混凝土速度为1.5m/s时,混凝土搅拌质量较好。
Mixing speed is an important working parameter for concrete mixing process.Under traditional mixing technology,it is hard to enchance cement dispersity and hydration, and the concrete mixiture is easy to become segregated by means of increasing mixing speed, and the productivity will be decreased by extending mixing time.The mixing speed of concrete secondary mixing technology are studied.The test results indicate that under secondary mixing technology, the cement mortar mixing speed is important to concrete mixing quality, and the minor sized components can be mixed with higher speed.When the concrete mixing time is under 15 s,concrete strength is smaller changed by increasing mixing speed,when the concrete mixing time is above 15 s,concrete strength changing is obvious,and the concrete mixing quality is better when mixing time is 25 s and mixing speed is 1.5 m/s.In the same mixing time,concrete strength will increase as cement mortar mixing speed increasing ,when mixing speed is 4.5m/s,the result is better.
