This paper have analyzed the development present situation, the consistency and policy of the three cities in Hebei coastal areas firstly,and then also analyzed the administrative management and cooperation development among the three cities. Based on two aspects,the paper put forward the policy recommendations which promote the three coordinately. conflict of the developing integration prospects of the analysis of the above coastal cities to develop coordinately.
