That ＂The Planning of Hebei Coastal Regional Development＂ has been approved signals that the development of Hebei coastal region consisting of 3 cities of Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Cangzhou has officially been upgraded as a national strategy and this region is expected to grow as a new growth pole nuclear of the regional economic development. Promoting the integration of Hebei coastal regional development and integrating internal resources so as to form joint efforts for development are the prerequisite for the growth pole nuclear of the regional economic development. This paper gives a comprehensive diagnosis of the internal capacity and external environment of the coastal regional integration in Hebei through the SWOT analysis and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions
