近年来,由于毛细管电泳技术理论的不断完善,亲和毛细管电泳技术得到迅速发展,并在生命科学、生物技术、临床医学、药物学等领域具有广泛的应用。对亲和毛细管电泳的原理、优点及分类做了简要介绍,并且着重介绍了近几年ACE技术在蛋白质分析、核苷酸分析、药物分析、手性分离及小分子、离子分析等方面的研究进展,及其在亲和常数测定、蛋白质结构分析、核苷酸的检测中的应用。
In recent years, due to the constant improvement of the theory of capillary electrophoresis, affinity capillary electrophoresis technology has been developed quickly, and is applied in some fields, such as the bioscience, biotechnology, clinical medicine, pharmacology. In this paper a brief introduction on the principle, advantages and classification of affinity capillaryelectrkphoresis, with emphasis on the research progress of ACE in protein analysis, drug analysis, chiral separation and small molecules/ions analysis, and its applications in affinity constant measurement, protein structure analysis, nucleotides, and nucleotide analysis detection.
