With the rapid development of industrialization, environmental pollution caused by heavy metal ions attraction more and more attention from the people. People use different detective methods to detect heavy metal ions, the nucleic acid aptamer is highly selective to heavy metal ions, so it can be applied to the detection of heavy metals extensively.
