针对在工程车辆中广泛应用的三级反馈式封闭行星机构,提出了基于二次反转法的设计方法,先用一次反转将之转化为常规的串联2K-H型行星机构,并推导转化前后各参量之间的关系,再进行二次反转,求解出原机构中的参量.研究了减速比计算、扭矩分析、齿数配比和变位优化的方法,同时推导了适用于任意级数机构的求解公式.提出了编程实现自动设计的流程,提供了软件实例.该设计方法和流程也可用于解决其它非常规行星机构的设计.
The design methodology based on twice reversion for three stages feedback enclosed planet geartrain is put forward which is widely used in engineering trucks. The first reversion is applied to converting it to normal planet geartrain, and the relations of parameters between before and after reversion is studied. Then, apply secondary reversion to solving the parameters in original engineering. The analysis for ratio, torque, toothnumber matching and addendum modification is included, and also the formulas for the any stages geartrain is elerived. The automatic design process for programming is proposed. This methodology and process is also helpful for designing other non-normal planet geartrain.
