3E系统是目前研究的重点,通常情况下,在3E系统的研究中表现出缺乏对子系统内在的相互关系的研究,尤其是经济与能源之间的协调关系在研究中比较少见。因此,本文利用主成分分析结合一般耦合协调模型、灰色耦合协调模型以及熵变方程法对我国的经济与能源之间协调发展关系进行研究。研究发现:近20年来,中国的经济与能源之间的协调发展大体经历了3个阶段,逐渐趋向协调。尤其是进入21世纪后,经济与能源之间的协调度每年都在不断增大,协调性也越来越好。尽管如此,尤其是最近几年仍表现出经济滞后型,经济与能源系统之间的协调还可进一步提高。以上分析,为政府制定经济计划和能源发展政策提供参考,以达到资源节约型的经济健康发展模式。
The 3E system is one of the most important problems in the current researches. Usually, there are few studies about sub- systems in the 3E system. Especially the coordinative development between economy and energy is relatively rare. Therefore, in this pa- per, the coordinative developments between economy and energy were studied by using principal component analysis combined with general coupled coordinative model, grey coupled coordinative model and the entropy equation method. The studies show that China's coordinative development between economy and energy generally has experienced three stages. It gradually tends to coordinate, and the values of the coordination degree between economy and energy are increasing every year. Especially in the 21st century, coordination is also becoming better and better. Nevertheless, the contradiction between economy and energy is still outstanding. The results show that the economy lags behind in the recent years. The coordination between energy and economic systems should be further improved. In order to achieve a de- velopment mode of resource- saving and healthy economy, this study may provide some references for the government to develop economic planning and energy policy through the above analyses.
