正确的交通控制评价指标实时计算模型为实时评价交通控制方案提供了客观依据。由于交叉口群的内部交叉口和单个交叉口的交通控制评价指标的实时变化规律存在很大不同、已有的以周期为单位的评价模型假定交通流随机到达,因此无法正确地实时计算交叉口群的交通控制评价指标。提出了交叉口微观交通状态的概念,将进口交通状态细化为阻塞态、拥挤态、非拥挤态,并分别建立了与之相对应的交通控制评价指标的实时计算模型。通过对实时评价模型进行大量的仿真研究表明,提出的实时评价模型能够为交叉口群信号协调控制方案的实时优化提供有效和可行的评价手段。
A proper real-time traffic performance index computation model provides an objective basis for the real-time evaluation of the signal control plan. It is proven that the real-time variations of the performance indices of the traffic at the isolated intersection and in the intersection group controlled by the same signal control plan are very different, so it's invalid to evaluate the effect of the signal control plan by the existed cycle-based models which assume the traffic arrive stochastically. For computing the real-time evaluations easily and effectively, the concept of the microscopic intersection traffic state was put forward which divided the traffic state on an approach into three micro-states: jammed, congested, and unimpeded. The corresponding evaluation models were established according to the definition of the conception. After many evaluation simulations of the traffic in the signal controlled intersection group, the models provided a valid and practicable way for the real-time evaluation of the intersections group signal control plan optimization.
