为了更准确地估算信号控制交叉口通行能力,在HCM2000方法的整体框架下,对其右转流向行人和自行车修正系数计算模型进行改进。研究基于济南市8个交叉口的调查数据,采用回93t分析的方法,建立了右转通行能力行人自行车修正系数的计算模型。该模型能适用于较大的行人自行车流量的情况,并针对不同设计模式和相位条件,给出各相位期间冲突的行人和自行车流量计算表。在此基础上,对比分析了行人自行车对自行车左转1次和左转2次过街2种设计模式右转通行能力的影响。研究表明,双曲线模型能较好地描述当量行人绿灯小时流率与相关占有率之间的关系;对于右转通行能力,左转自行车1次过街和2次过街这两种设计模式分别适用于行人自行车流率较小和较大的情况。

In order to estimate the capacity of signalized intersection more exactly, the pedestrian-bicycle adjustment factor calculating model of HCM2000 for right-turn movements was improved. Based on the data collection at 8 intersections in Jinan and by using regression analysis, the model for estimating the pedestrian- bicycle adjustment factor for right-turn capacity was established. The proposed model can be used for a wider range of pedestrian-bicycle volume comparing with the HCM2000 model, and it can give the table to calculate the pedestrian-bicycle conflict volumes under different designing types and signal phasing types. A comparison of the impacts of pedestrian-bicycle on the right-turn capacity between two designing types of intersection (type 1: left-turn bicycle turning directly, type 2: left-turn bicycle turning circuitously) was made. The results show that ( 1 ) the hyperbolic model could yield a good illustration of the relationship between relevant conflict zone occupancy ( OCCr) and equivalent pedestrian flow rate (VEP) ; (2) for rightturn capacity, the designing type 1 and desigr/ing type 2 are more suitable to the condition that the pedestrianbicycle flow rate is low and high separately.
