针对车道被占用对城市道路通行能力的影响及车辆排队问题,通过车辆换算、公式推导,综合分析交通事故视频中车流量数据、上游路口交通组织方案及信号配时方案和交通事故位置示意图,建立实际通行能力、事故影响力指数、交通波模型、排队长度分段函数等模型,分析道路通行能力变化过程,并给出了排队长度与实际通行能力、事故持续时间、车流量之间的关系式.
In this paper, aiming at the problem of vehicle queue and the effects of lane occupied on city road capacity, the actual capacity, the accident influence index, traffic wave speed and queue length pieeewise functions models were established according to translating vehicles and formula derivation, comprehensive analy- sis of video traffic accident data, upstream intersection traffic signal timing plan and organize programs as well as accident location schematic, the process of road capacity was analyzed, the relationship between the queue length and actual capacity, the duration of the accident and trafiqc was given.
