针对区域发展中指标的融合性和差异性,首先以综合发展理论为基础,构建衡量地区发展的指标体系,然后从数据挖掘中支持向量的角度出发,分析样本和指标之间的联系,建立支持向量对融合性和差异性指标的区分模式,并从底层指标的客观数据入手,自底向上构建区域发展分析框架。文章最后采用地缘相近的两个地区的实际数据进行实证分析,得到了与现实相同的结果,验证了方法有效性,同时结合实证结果给出了综合发展策略的探讨。

英文摘要：

The paper analyzes difference and merge of indicators in regional development. Firstly to build a indicator system in regional development based on development of comprehensive theory, secondly from the view of support vectors to analyze the relationship of samples and indicators, then paper establishes a distinguish pattern between difference and merge in the view of support vectors, and using objective data in underlying indicators to construct the analytical framework of regional development from the bottom up. Finally using the actual data from the two regions, which have the same feature because of geographically closely, makes empirical analysis. The results verify the validity of the method;combined with the empirical results this paper discusses the development of a comprehensive strategy.
