为了研究不同日粮模式对荷斯坦奶牛血液及瘤胃液中主要代谢相关激素的影响,试验采用20头体重为(520±25)kg、头胎、健康荷斯坦泌乳奶牛[分娩后(120±27)d],随机分为2组(其中每组各有5头奶牛安装永久性瘤胃瘘管),分别饲喂高精料低质粗料(cs组)和低精料优质粗料(MF)的日粮组合,于试验第30天采集血液及瘤胃液,测定血清及瘤胃液中胰岛素(INS)、生长激素(GH)、瘦素(LEP)、皮质醇(COR)、催乳素(PRL)等的浓度。结果表明:cs组与MF组相比,cs组血清中皮质醇的浓度高于MF组,差异极显著(P〈0.01),同时血清中瘦素浓度低于MF组,差异显著(P〈0.05),而血液及瘤胃液中其他激素差异不显著(P〉0.05)。说明高精料低质粗料和低精料优质粗料在等能条件下,对机体代谢的影响差别不大,低质粗料可能会有一定程度的应激影响。
To study the effects of different dietary patterns on main hormones related to metabolism in blood and ruminal fluids of Holstein cows, 20 firstborn and healthy Holstein lactating dairy cows with body weight of ( 520 =t: 25 ) kg and the claving interval at ( 120 + 27 ) d, were randomly divided into two groups (n = 5 cows installed with permanent rumen fistula). One group was single straw group (Corn Straw, Cs group) ; the other group was mixed coarse material group ( Mixed Forage, MF group). The blood and ruminal fluid samples on the 30th day were collected, and then were evaluated for the concentrations of insulin (INS), growth hormone (GH), leptin (LEP) , cortisol (COR),and prolaetin (PRL) in serum and ruminal fluid samples. The results showed that, compared with the MF group, the concentrations of cortisol in serum in CS group was higher than those in MF group ( P 〈 0.01 ), but the concentrations of leptin in serum in CS group was lower than those in MF group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while other hormones in both blood and ruminal fluid were not different ( P 〉 0.05 ). The results suggest that, under the condition of e- qua] energy, the effect on metabolism is not very different using high concentrate with low - quality coarse material and low concentrate with high - quality coarse material. However, there may be a certain degree of stress response using low - quality coarse material.
