沿空掘巷围岩稳定性的人为可控因素较多,但并不是所有的因素都对巷道稳定性具有积极作用,其敏感度也各不相同.针对沿空掘巷围岩的支护特点,共归纳为7个主要影响因素,采用正交试验表L18(37)进行了18个计算方案的设计;通过FLAC程序分别针对这18个方案进行了数值计算,并得到了围岩结构和支护结构的变形与受力计算结果;根据正交极差理论得到了各个可控因素的极差值,提出了综合敏感度的概念与计算公式,并进行了各个因素的敏感度分析.该分析过程综合了正交设计、极差理论、数值分析和统计分析等研究手段,理论研究结果将为沿空掘巷围岩的支护设计提供一定的应用研究基础.

英文摘要:

For roadway driving along goaf,artificial controllable stability factors of surrounding rock are many.But it is not that all factors have positive effect to stability of roadway,and their sensitivities are also not similar.Aiming at the supporting characteristics of roadway driving along goaf,seven main factors were concluded,and orthogonal experiment table L18(37) was used to got eighteenth calculation schemes.Then,FLAC software was applied to calculate the eighteenth calculation schemes,deformation and force results of surrounding rock and supporting were got.At last,range values of controllable factor were got based on orthopole range theory,the concept of synthetic sensitivity and its calculation formula were put forward.There,sensitivity of factors also are analyzed.The whole analysis process including research means of orthogonal design,range theory,numerical analysis and statistical regression.These results provide some application research foundation for the supporting design of roadway driving along goaf.
