选煤厂设备运转引起的振动对周围环境影响较大,针对工程实例选择典型设备,采用分离子结构法对厂房周围土层及邻近建筑物的振动进行了数值模拟,重点分析了厂区地面硬化形式对振动波的传播和衰减以及振动对人体的影响。研究结果表明,振动筛引起的地面振动强烈,在靠近厂区30m内都处于被人体明显感觉的状态;地面硬化后,地表振幅明显减小,加速度相应增加,相应的竖向振级较未硬化地面明显增强;未硬化地面的振级在距厂房30m处接近环境振动规范要求;邻近建筑物有明显振感。
Environment vibration caused by equipment of coal preparation plant is quite serious, typical equipments were selected due to real project and the vibration of soil layers and surrounding building were simulated by sub-structure method, the influence of different hardened ground modes on transportation and attenuation of vibration wave and that on human body were mainly examined. The research result shows that vibration screen caused a strong vibration and it can be felt obviously within 30 meter of the plant, for a hardened ground, the amplitude of the surface is reduced, but acceleration is increased and vibration level is boosted accordingly than the unhardened one. For an unhardened ground, the vibration grade is close to the requirements of criterion of environment vibration and the vibrations on the surrounding buildings were very distinct.
