目的探讨超声辐照对离体兔全血黏度的影响及安全性,为临床应用超声辐照改善血液流变状态提供实验基础。方法20只健康新西兰大白兔,每只取全血50ml,随机分为5组,1组为对照组,其余4组均以频率0.87MHz的超声波连续辐照,声强及辐照时间分别为2W/cm2×1min、3w/cm2×1min、4w/cm2×1min、4W/cm2×3min,随后对5组血样行血细胞计数,血黏度检测及白细胞吞墨试验。结果3W/cm2组与对照组比较血细胞计数及粒细胞吞墨率无差异,低切全血表观黏度1、红细胞聚集指数分别下降7.76%,6.24%(P〈0.05);4W/cm2×1min组与对照组比较血小板下降8.24%(P〈0.05),粒细胞吞墨率下降明显,血黏度进一步下降(P〈O.05);2w/cm2组及4W/cm2×3min组与对照组比较血黏度无显著差异。结论超声辐照能改善离体兔全血的流变特性,选择3w/cm2×1min超声辐照,可在不影响血细胞形态及功能的前提下改善离体血液流变状态。
Objective To study effects and safety of ultrasound irradiation in blood viscosity in vitro rabbit, pro- viding experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods 50 ml blood sample from 20 healthy New Zealand rab- bits, were divided into five groups randomly, including one control group and four irradiation groups, which were irra- diated by 0.87 MHz ultrasonic beams under 2 W/cm2 ×1 min,3 W/cm2 × 1 min, 4 W/cm2 × 1 min and 4 W/cm2 × 3 min separately. Then all blood sample of the five groups were analyzed for blood viscosity, blood cell counts and ink- phagocytizing of leukocyte. Results Compared to those in the control, the counts of blood corpuscle had no significant difference in 3 W/cmz group, while the counts of platelet decreased significantly in the 4 W/cm2×1 min group(P〈 0.05), Compared to those in the control, the value of whole blood apparent viscosity η erythrocyte aggregation index in 3 W/cm2 group had a significant decrease separately in7. 76%, 6. 24% (P〈0.05). The value of blood viscosity de- creased more in the 4 W/cm2 ×1min group than that in the 3 W/cm2 group(P〈0.05), In the succeeding ink-phagocy- tizing of leukocyte tests, it demonstrated that no difference between the 3 W/cm2 group and the control. Conelusions Ultrasonic irradiation can improve the in-vitro hemorrheology with hemolytic risk, and the study indicated irradiation under 3 W/cm2 X 1 min as an efficient and safe parameter.
