目的通过活体动物实验测试自行设计研发的64晶阵心腔内超声(ICE)换能器的性能。方法将导管化ICE换能器送人犬左心室,观察ICE声像图,测量心室壁、室间隔及乳头肌厚度,比较测量值与实测值的差异;建立犬急性心肌梗死模型,通过ICE评估室壁运动。结果此ICE换能器导管化后外径为8F,可于在体条件下清晰显示犬心腔内的细微结构,精确测量心室壁、室间隔及乳头肌厚度,所测参数与实测值差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05);建立犬心肌梗死模型后,ICE测量显示左心室前壁心肌收缩末期厚度、增厚率、最大搏幅均显著下降(P均〈0.05)。结论此64晶阵心腔内超声ICE换能器尺寸满足介入操作要求,成像性能较好。
Objective To test the performance of a self-designed 64 crystal array intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) im- aging transducer in vivo. Methods The catheterized ICE imaging transducer was delivered into left ventricle of canine. ICE image was obtained, and the thickness of ventricular wall, ventricular septum and papillary muscles were measured and compared with the actual values. Then tacute myocardial infarction models were established, and the ventricular wall mo- tion was assessed by ICE. Results The diameter of ICE imaging transducer was 8F after catheterization. The fine struc- tures of canine's heart were displayed clearly, and the thicknesses of left ventricular wall, ventricular septum and papillary muscles were measured accurately by ICE, which were not statistically different with the actual values (all P〈0.05). End- systolic anterior wall thickness, thickening fraction and max motion amplitude of left ventricle measured by ICE decreased significantly (all P〈0.05) after myocardial infarction. Conclusion The size and image quality of this 64 crystal array ICE transducer can meet the requirements of cardio-vascular intervention.
