University- finn cooperation is the effective approach which achieves enterprises innovation capability. The paper did the empirical study by questionnaires be send among Yangtze River Delta medical devices industry. University- firm cooperation across the in- dustry exists abroad. Main cooperation patterns are staff training and cooperative R＆D. The cooperation approach is always finn driving.The dynamics of cooperation are efficiency factor, motivation factor and competition factor. To private enterprises, the dynamics of cooper- ation are R＆D cost factor, management system factor, government factor and intermediary driven factor.
