C/s- and trans-3-（3,4-dihydroxybenzyl） -hexahydropyrrolo [ 1,2-α ] piperazine-1,4-dione with yields of 70.2% were synthesized from Boc-L-Pro-L-DOPA-OMe absorbed on the silica gel under microwave irradiation by solid phase. The structures were identified by^ 1H NMR, ^13C NMR and HR- MS.
