英文摘要：

Objective：To investigate the prescription and preparation technics of anti-asthma dripping pills of compound earthworm.Methods：Single-factor experiments were conducted to determine the different conditions for the preparation technics.Orthogonal design was utilized to optimize the preparation process.Results：The optimum dripping condition was as follows：PEG4000∶PEG6000 was as 1∶3;drug：substrate as 1∶4;the dripping distance was 5cm.Conclusion：The anti-asthma dripping pills of compound earthworm,prepared based on this optimal preparation technics,showed low time-limit of dissolution,good presentation quality and small weight difference,which conforms to the quality requirements for dripping pills in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010,and therefore,these preparation technics can be used in the preparation of anti-asthma dripping pills of compound earthworm.
