目的：研究地龙复方的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。方法：分别采用氨水引咳小鼠模型和小鼠酚红排泄试验考察地龙复方的止咳、祛痰作用;采用卵蛋白（OVA）致敏的过敏性哮喘小鼠肺泡灌洗液（BALF）进行细胞分类计数分析,以及支气管及血管周围炎性细胞浸润评分、肺泡灌洗液（BALF）及血清中白介素-4（IL-4）的ELISA分析综合研究其平喘作用。结果 ：地龙复方能显著延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数,增加支气管黏液分泌量,同时能抑制BALF中炎性细胞数增多,减轻小鼠支气管及血管周围的炎性浸润程度,减少BALF及血清中炎性因子IL-4含量。结论：地龙复方能有效减轻气道炎症,并具有一定的止咳、祛痰和平喘效果。

英文摘要：

Objective：To investigate the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of the earthworm compound.Methods：Tussive model induced by nebulization of strong aqua ammonia and expectorant model induced by phenol red in mice were used to investigate the antitussive and expectorant effects respectively;For investigating the antiasthmatic effect,an allergic asthma model sensitized with ovalbumin（OVA）was applied as well as inflammatory invasion scoring and IL-4ELISA analysis.Results：Earthworm compound could prolong the mice cough incubation period,decrease the frequency of cough and increase bronchial mucus secretion,and at the same time,it could inhibit the increase of inflammatory cells in BALF,reduce the degree of inflammatory infiltrate around the bronchi and vessels in mice.Conclusion：Earthworm compound has certain effects on relieving cough,eliminating phlegm and asthma,especially reducing airway inflammation.
