In order to provide theoretical basis for researching cultivation physiology in Vernicia fordii（Hemsl.）,some indexes were determined,for example net photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance,transpiration rate,and so on,after fertilizing different exogenous hormones,and diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate and relationship between it and some factors were analyzed by using correlation analysis method.The results showed that net photosynthesis rate reached the peaks at 9：00 and 16：00,respectively,and there was a clear depression at 14：00.Gibberellic acid 200 mg/L could enhance net photosynthesis rate.Both gibberellic acid and abscisic acid had the effect of weakening the depression,and the effect of gibberellic acid was stronger.6-BA could make the depression ahead of 3 hours.
