为给油桐栽培生理研究提供一定的理论基础,在对油桐喷施不同外源激素后,对油桐净光合速率等指标进行了测定,分析了油桐净光合速率的日变化情况,并通过相关性分析探讨净光合速率与影响因子的关系。结果表明:不同激素处理下油桐净光合速率在9:00和16:00出现峰值,并在14:00出现明显的光合"午休"现象。其中赤霉素200 mg/L能够明显增强油桐的净光合速率。赤霉素、脱落酸均有弱化光合"午休"的作用,赤霉素的作用要强于脱落酸。6-BA使得油桐光合"午休"从14:00提前到11:00。
In order to provide theoretical basis for researching cultivation physiology in Vernicia fordii(Hemsl.),some indexes were determined,for example net photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance,transpiration rate,and so on,after fertilizing different exogenous hormones,and diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate and relationship between it and some factors were analyzed by using correlation analysis method.The results showed that net photosynthesis rate reached the peaks at 9:00 and 16:00,respectively,and there was a clear depression at 14:00.Gibberellic acid 200 mg/L could enhance net photosynthesis rate.Both gibberellic acid and abscisic acid had the effect of weakening the depression,and the effect of gibberellic acid was stronger.6-BA could make the depression ahead of 3 hours.
