英文摘要：

The flower buds of Vernicia fordii were used as materials.The variation and correlation of nutrient-soluble protein,soluble sugar-starch and endogenous hormones（GAS,ABA,IAA,ZR） in flower buds during different stage were analysed.The results indicate that the variation of nutrient was a singal peak but the the variation of was a double peak.The max content of soluble dissolvable total sugar at the 25th July while the soluble dissolvable starch content and the soluble protein content reached the peak content at the 15th August.Endogenous hormones contained GAS and ZR.The higher level of GAS and ZR was infavor of but higher level content of ABA and IAA delayed the flower bud differentiation.The ratio of four endogenous hormones also affected the flower bud differentiation.Correlation analysis indicated that the nutrient and endogenous hormones had significant differences during the flower bud differentiation,there was a close relationship among three nutrient indices,and the four endogenous hormomes also had the same tendency.Correlation between the physiological index showed their significant coorperation.
