运用文献资料和调查等研究方法,首先对美国体育文化的市场化模式、英国城市体育文化发展模式、法国政府主导型模式和日本体育文化质量模式的不同特点及成功经验进行探究。在归纳总结体育文化软实力发展4个要素的基础上,对现行中国社会发展需要怎样的体育文化软实力问题进行讨论,指出当前中国体育文化软实力发展还存在着一些薄弱环节。结论:为了提升中国体育文化软实力的正能量,应该注重4个发展战略,即体育文化国际信誉战略、体育文化名人战略、体育文化经典战略和体育文化民间交流战略。
In this paper,the marketization of American sports culture,the development mode of the British urban sports culture,the government dominated French mode and the Japanese sports culture quality mode were studied in order to find strategies for developing the Chinese sports cultural soft power.The focuses are on the international sports cultural image of China,the introduction of the Chinese cultural celebrity,the preservation of the traditional sports culture and the communication between sports cultural groups.
