高校教师群体存在职业倦怠是客观存在事实,尤其是处于31-40岁的青年教师,其职业倦怠既不利于高校的管理、也不利于教师的自身发展。在归纳相关研究人员对高校教师职业倦怠问题元分析的基础上,对高校青年教师职业倦怠的因素进行了详细分析讨论,并针对高校青年教师职业倦怠的具体情况分别从社会、学校和个人等不同层面提出了调适的对策建议。
Job burnout of university teachers is an objective existence,especially for young teachers aged 31-40.Job burnout of young university teachers is neither conducive to the management of universities,nor the development of teachers themselves.Based on the meta analysis of related research on job burnout of university teachers,this paper discusses in detail the influencing factors of job burnout of young teachers,and proposes adjustment suggestions from the aspects of society,university,and personal level.
