心理契约作为一种现代管理模式的有效辅助形式,是维系单位和员工双方关系的一种情感纽带。高校青年教师作为知识型员工,是学校教育教学改革的主要执行者,有其自身的特色"高学历、高智商、高追求"等"三高"特征与现实中"收入低、地位低、成就感低"的反差决定了他们对于尊重、自我实现的要求高于一般人。文章针对高校青年教师职业发展需求与心理契约的特征,探讨通过明确期望、畅通沟通机制、平等参与、坚持公开公正等手段构建高校与青年教师双方的心理契约管理模式。
Psychological contract,as an effective supplementary form of modern management mode,is an emotional bond to maintain the relationship between the employers and employees. The young teachers in Colleges are known as knowledge workers,school education,teaching reforms executor. They have the characteristics of "highly educated,high IQ,high pursuit". But the "low income,low status,low achievement sense"on the contrast make them require to be respected much higher than the normal. According the characters of the young college teachers 'career development need and psychological contract,this paper explores through the clear expectations and smooth communication mechanism,equal participation to construct psychological contract management mode.
