随着教育部开展”双一流”大学建设和省市高水平大学建设高潮的掀起,各高校相互追赶压力前所未有,高校教师普遍感觉到工作压力大,高校普遍采用量化绩效考核激励教师。青年教师是高校发展的生力军,但是高校青年教师承受了更大的压力,部分高校青年教师因压力调适不当出现了职业倦怠现象。采用适当的绩效考核产生适当的职业压力是预防青年教师产生职业倦怠的关键。本文通过建立高校教师绩效考核、职业压力与职业倦怠指标因素之间量化关系模型来分析减少高校青年教师职业倦怠的方法。
In recent years, due to the increasingly tense competition in universities, quantitative assessment is adopted to encourage teaching staff in university, which in turn poses huge pressure on the teaching staff and partly leads to job burnout among young teacher. Perfecting the performance appraisal system is the fundamental solution to the young teachers1 professional burnout in universities. This paper analyzes the methods of reducing the occupational burnout of young teachers in universities by establishing a quantitative relationship model between performance appraisal, occupational stress and job burnout index factors in colleges and universities.
