The related theory of regional finance and regional economic growth shows that there is a significant effect of regionat financial development on regional economic growth. The front of CAFTA opening-up covers China＇s four periphery provinces ： Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and Hainan. Based on the present situation of their economy and financial development, the paper argues that it is significant to build a supportive system of finance among these provinces. It is suggested that establishing a regional financial institution, developing a financial network, perfecting a financial ecological environment and strengthening financial resources and so forth are important countermeasures for the building of a supportive system of finance among China＇ s periphery provinces in the process of CAFTA.
