磨浆是APMP制浆的重要环节,在磨浆过程中,由于纤维受到热和高温脉冲作用,发生扭结和弯曲,降低纸张的成纸性能。本文主要通过试验来探讨APMP浆消潜过程中加入木聚糖酶对纸张物理性能的改善效果。结果表明,消潜过程中加入碱性木聚糖酶可以明显改善APMP浆的物理性能。消潜过程中碱性木聚糖酶较适宜的处理条件为:酶用量5.0 IU/g浆,浆浓2%,pH值8.0,温度60℃,反应时间30 min,此条件下处理的纸浆物理性能最佳。
Refining is the important stage in the APMP pulping process .Action of heat and high temperature pulses generated in refining process make pulp fibers kink and inflextion which causes the decrease of strength properties of pulp .The objective of this study is to discuss the effect of xylanase on the physical properties of poplar APMP pulp in latency removal stage by experiment .The result showed that the pulp treated by alkaline xylanase had better strength properties in comparison with other untreated pulp.The optimal treatment conditions of alkaline xylanase were enzyme dosage 5 IU/g pulp, pulp concentration 2%, pH value 8.0, temperature 60 ℃and time 30 min, in which the optimal physical properties of pulp were obtained .
