实验使用中性纤维素酶或中性蛋白酶调理造纸活性污泥,采用毛细管吸水时间(CST)测定仪,抽滤和压滤设备等检测生物酶调理对污泥脱水性能的影响。并对调理后污泥中胞外聚合物(EPS)组成成分、污泥表面形貌等进行了检测,分析了生物酶调理活性污泥的作用机理。实验表明,生物酶降解污泥EPS中蛋白质和多糖,破坏EPS的结构,除此之外,生物酶导致污泥絮体破碎,颗粒变小,比表面积增大,进而影响污泥的脱水性能。
Neutral-cellulase or neutral-protease was used to regulate activated sludge of paper industry in this research. After conditioning, de- watering properties of the sludge were detected by equipment of CST, suction filtration and filter pressing. Meanwhile, the composition of EPS and surface morphology of the regulated sludge were detected, then the mechanism of paper sludge conditioning with enzyme was ana- lyzed. The results showed that enzymes degraded protein and polysaccharide of EPS in the sludge, destroyed the structure of EPS, in addition, dispersed sludge particles, increased specific surface area, which affected the dewatering properties of the sludge.
