为解决空间碎片完全清除成本估算问题,文中提出将空间碎片清除技术分成地基清除技术和基于航天器的清除技术。通过对不同种类的清除方法进行成本核算,得到了仅发射航天器、使用地基清除LEO,发射航天器仅清除MEO和GEO以及使用地基清除LEO后发射航天器清除剩余碎片这3种情况下的总费用,并得到了在成本受限的情况下将航天器发射至赤纬角度为±60°的GEO上为优先清除策略的结论。
Aiming at the estimation of costs of completely space debris removal, we creatively separate removal approaches into 2 sorts: ground-based removal approaches and spacecraft mission based removal approaches. By estimating the costs and benefits of both approaches, gross toll of 3 different combined strategies of completely space debris removal are achieved, including the situation of only using spacecraft missions, the situation of using ground-based approaches to operate at LEO while spacecraft missions in MEO and GEO only and the situation of using ground-based approaches to operate at LEO while spacecraft missions for the left. Besides, the conclusion of launching spacecraft missions to the orbit with declination of ± 60° will be an optimized strategy when the budget is limited.
