对某电厂200MW汽轮机组带缺陷高压转子进行了强度校核,对几种该转子的修复方案进行了分析比较,并对该转子的可用性进行了评价。结果表明,该类缺陷转子采用合理的车削处理方案对其强度的影响很小,同时车削部位的应力场以及车削本身对整个转子的寿命损耗过程和寿命都不会引起改变。该结论对类似问题的处理具有参考意义。图7参4
The strength of a 200 MW steam turbine' s H.P. rotor, in a certain power plant, is being numerically reealeulated, various ways of repair analytieally eompared and the rotor's servieeability evaluated. Results indieate that removing sueh defeets by proper turning on a lathe has but a rather minor influenee on the rotor's strength. Moreover, the influenee of the stress field at the loeation of maehining, as well as maehining itself does not eause any ehange in the life eonsumption proeess of the rotor, and neither of its life span.
