采用差分方法,基于弹、塑性力学理论对转子应力在线计算模型进行了研究。该模型能考虑温度变化对材料物性参数的影响,并将应力分析扩展到材料的塑性范围。同时考虑了应力集中区域进入塑性状态时的集中系数修正方法,从而大大提高了在线应力计算模型分析的精确度。与有限元算例的比较验证了该模型的准确度。
An on-line model, based on theories of elasticity and plasticity, and using the finite difference method, has been developed for calculating the stress in rotors. The model can take into account the effect of temperature variations on the properties, of the material concerned, and is able to extend stress anlalysis into the plastic sphere. Simultaneously, a way of correcting the relevant stress concentration coefficient is considered, in case the stress concentration effected part of the rotor enters the plastic state, therewith raising the analyzing accuracy of the on-line calculation model. Comparison with a finite element calculatied example verifies the accuracy of the presented model.
