采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2纤维和Au/TiO2复合纤维,利用XRD、SEM、TEM等手段对纤维样品的结晶性能及其表面形貌进行了表征,并以光催化降解甲基橙为模型反应考察了样品的光催化活性。结果表明,热处理后的TiO2呈锐钛矿结构,Au的颗粒尺寸范围为7~15nm,纤维直径范围为5~20μm,长度为5~50cm。Au的掺入可以显著地提高TiO2的光催化活性,且其光催化活性随着Au掺入量的增加而变大。
TiO2 fibers and Au/TiO2 composite fibers were developed via sol-gel approach. Their crystallization properties and surface morphology were characterized with XRD, SEM and TEM, and the activity was investigated by the photocatalytical degradation of methyl orange as probe. The results demonstrate that TiO2 is anatase after the heat treatment, and the size of Au particles is 7-15nm. The diameter of fiber is 5-20μm and the length is 5-50cm. The incorporation of Au could greatly enhance the photocatalytic activity of TiO2, which increased with the addition of Au incorporation.
